Discounts will be offered for:
Over 25 delegates: 10% discount on the total cost
Over 5 days: 15% discount on the total cost.

Additionally, We offer one-to-one executive coaching at a rate of 2,250 GHC per hour. The coaching program can be tailored to meet the specific needs of the executive and may cover the following topics:

• Leadership development

• Communication skills

• Conflict resolution

• Time management

• Strategic thinking

• Team building

• Performance management

• Career development

The coaching program can run for at least 4 weeks, with one hour per week scheduled for coaching sessions. However, the program duration can be extended based on the executive’s needs and goals.

Consultancy services are also available at a fee of 7,500GHC for a three-hour session. The consultancy services cover a wide range of topics and may include:

• Strategic planning and development

• Market research and analysis

• Process improvement

• Risk assessment and management

• Organizational change management

• Financial planning and management

• Human resources management

During the consultancy session, We will work closely with the client to identify their needs and provide expert advice on how to address their specific business challenges. Additionally, clients will receive a detailed report outlining the recommendations discussed during the session.

Please note that these rates are subject to negotiation based on the specific needs of each company.

Implementation of Strategy:

As part of our commitment to providing high-quality executive level consulting services, we offer a complimentary review meeting with our clients three months after the implementation of their strategy, at no extra cost.

During this review meeting, we will assess the progress made towards achieving the agreed-upon goals and objectives, evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy, and identify any areas that may require further attention. We will also solicit feedback from our clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the services we have provided and that their expectations have been met.
